We operate 364 days a year — closed only on Christmas Day.
No. Anyone under 19 is not permitted to purchase tobacco or nicotine products. We verify government-issued photo ID at the door for every delivery.
Payments
Online orders accept all major credit cards. In-store, we accept cash only (ATM available on site).
Consumable purchases are final sale — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your package is missing, we'll reship it.
Shipping
Yes — same-day local delivery across Greater Sudbury for orders placed before the daily cutoff shown on our homepage and at checkout. Everywhere else in Canada ships by tracked Canada Post.
Yes, tracking is available on request. Contact info@whitebirchpost.ca if your tracking is not updating.
No — we ship within Canada only.
